Management Coaching effectively supports
employees effectively to find a new position inside or outside the
company. At Strategic Self-Management starts with a change of perspective. The client starts regarding himself not any longer as employee but as an entrepreneur in terms of his own business. As such he has not lost his employer but his strategic customer. Together with his "Management Consultant" he starts analysing the reasons for the dismissal and the initial situation for a new start carefully. He checks his business model and his product portfolio. He works on his personal vision and mission for his personal and professional future. This is supported by appropriate analytic tools. As soon as the target is defined, the client works out a strategy and an action plan together with his consultant to find a new employer respectively a new strategic customer. BORA does not stop here but also supports the implementation of the measures. Additional services like checking of job offers, reviewing application documents and training of application and negotiation can be part of the process. The process allows the client to come up with his action plan and to start with its implementation after four weeks. He keeps in contact with his consultant on a regular basis also during the implementation phase to check the effectiveness of the activities and to make adjustments if necessary. A new employment contract should be closed after 6 months at the latest. |
