Reference One year ago I had the impression that my career aspirations were not any longer in line with the possibilities within the Group. After 10 years of successfull employment with the company my professional development stagnated due to the changes within the finance organizaton in the context of the integration process. Further options or alternatives seemed not to be available within the Group. In this situation I got the offer to attend an Executive Coaching. In the first dialouge with Ralf Borlinghaus I could assure myself quickly of his reliablity and his coaching expertise. As from the beginning it was clear to me that he would take my interests seriously and put my professional development in the center of the coaching process. During overall five sessions we analyzed my initial situtation thoroughly. I had to take over the role of an ‚entrepreneur‘ and full responsibility for my own business. We had an open and deep discussion about all relevant areas and functions of my ‚company‘. In parallel I generated a tangible vision about my future professional life. Based on that we developed a strategy to get there and we defined adequate measures. The implementation was up to me, however, Ralf Borlinghaus was always available as sparring partner. Having met my consultant I became a true entrepreneur! Now, nine months after the coaching process was closed I am facing a new challenge and I am going to take over the role of Chief Finance Officer in one of our country organizations. - Internal management consultancy for employees – a motivating and successful concept.
