To Whom it may
concern,
After only two meetings of Management Consultancy by Ralf Borlinghaus all strategic dilemmas and options lay clear on the table. The perspective narrowed during the daily business was opened again for trend-setting targets and visions for my entrepreneurial mission. Aside from his dialogic skills I was impressed by his conceptual approach as well as by his very demonstrative examples and analogies. Ralf applies a system, which can be cascaded down from the philosophical and strategic super-structure to all details of pragmatic acting without any frictions. Additionally, the system is open for every individual embodiment.
It is a high measure of prudence and
pragmatic intelligence, which appears here and it is an
inspiring delight to work with this coach.
Dr. Harald Bender
Managing Director
To whom it may concern, I worked with Ralf Borlinghaus from April 2004 to May 2006 when he was HR Director for DHL Express Central Europe. During this time I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and professional in terms of HR topics. Ralf also took on the role of Acting Head of HR for DHL Express Hungary at the start of this year. This meant that we worked even closer together and this gave me a closer insight into his working style. In addition to my comments above, I can confirm that Ralf is hard working and conscientious and is always ready to make time for people when needed. He was an excellent support for me and contributed greatly to stabilising the HR area while we looked for a full-time HR Director. Yours faithfully, John Wylie
Country
Manager
To whom it may concern, As Country Manager Czech Republic I always enjoyed working with Ralf as Regional HR Director. Especially his coaching capabilities were quite valuable for me in building up a strong management team in my country. His perspective on people's strenghts and weaknesses, his holistic view considering also the respective political circumstances often helped me to make up my mind adequately in difficult situations.
