Nach nur zwei Meetings hat die Unternehmer-Beratung durch
Dr. Ralf Borlinghaus die strategischen Dilemmata und Optionen klar auf den Tisch gebracht. Der im Tagesgeschäft verkürzte Blickwinkel wurde wieder für die tragenden Ziele und Visionen geöffnet um dem unternehmerischen Handeln Richtschnur zu geben.

Beeindruckt hat mich neben der Gesprächsführungstechnik auch der methodische Zugang zur Umsetzung und die sehr anschaulichen Beispiele, die hierzu gezeigt wurden. Borlinghaus wendet ein System an, das vom philosophischen und strategischen "Überbau" bis in alle Details des praktischen Handelns bruchlos "durchdekliniert" werden kann. Dabei ist es für jede individuelle Ausgestaltung offen.

Es ist ein hohes Maß an Lebensklugheit und handlungspraktischer Intelligenz, das hier zu Tage tritt, und es ist ein inspirierendes Vergnügen, mit diesem Coach zu arbeiten.

I worked with Ralf Borlinghaus from April 2004 to May 2006 when he was HR Director for DHL Express Central Europe. During this time I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and professional in terms of HR topics.

Ralf also took on the role of Acting Head of HR for DHL Express Hungary at the start of this year. This meant that we worked even closer together and this gave me a closer insight into his working style. In addition to my comments above, I can confirm that Ralf is hard working and conscientious and is always ready to make time for people when needed. He was an excellent support for me and contributed greatly to stabilising the HR area while we looked for a full-time HR Director.
