I brought BORA Consulting in the market in  2002 supporting individuals in managing personal change processes as a coach.

In 2006 I decided to further develop BORA Consulting as a Human Resources Consultancy. Beside the coaching/ outplacement activities, I support entrepreneurs in activating the entrepreneurial potential of their employees by harmonizing all relevant instruments of human resources management.
